Day #2 Fitness For Subs Challenge: Perfecting Your Ass

I can only hope. That is my fantasy when I swim my laps every morning. Palm Springs is a haven for gay men and their vibrant pool parties. Every day, I see these men in their tight speedos, looking like they’ve aged into their college athlete physiques. If you’re into being part of the action, you go where they go. I’m an introvert, but when I want to get fucked, I’m pretty loud, and people can tell that I’m ready.

So, what does this have to do with sexual inhibitions and living our fantasies? Maybe it’s about going to where your sexual fantasies reside. Or perhaps it’s about avoiding the fantasy trap of staying inside all day, hoping and praying while looking at porn to make fantasies real.

Over on Facebook, I mentioned a 30-day fitness challenge where the bikinis get more and more revealing until I’m naked and everything is chiseled and covered in duct tape slits — or maybe nothing at all.

Today’s focus is all about having a sexy ass. The glute muscle is fascinating, with numerous ways to tone and shape it. Contrary to popular belief, squats alone can make the butt bigger but won’t necessarily create the perfect thong look.

For that desirable thong silhouette, opt for high reps with low weights. Incorporate side squats, donkey kicks, and resistance bands into your routine. Additionally, walking uphill for about 30 minutes three days a week can work wonders.

Movements like fire hydrant raises are particularly effective for the butt. Personally, I rarely do heavy squats anymore — maybe once a month. After such sessions, I take a three-day break from leg workouts. I find that lean and toned legs look better on women, though this is just my opinion.

I must admit, I appreciate a man with a nice ass. Watching the gay men in their speedos at the pool is one of the reasons I swim daily in Palm Springs. It’s incredibly motivating and boosts my radiant circuits — my sex and happiness energies — making me eager to swim every day.

As I continue to get in shape for bikini modeling, I plan to buy more bikinis, each one more revealing than the last.
