Human Weapon Training

Do you want to lose weight, or do you want to learn how to kill? In real survival situations, you need to be as self-reliant as possible. Quick thinking, profiling skills, and becoming a human weapon are essential because no one is going to save you.

When people ask what I’m training for, my answer is simple: Life. I’m training for life, to keep myself six feet above ground.

My goal is to regain the ability to incapacitate someone with just my thumb and to chase down those who owe me significant amounts of money or favors. Essentially, I’m training to become a weapon again.

Guns, knives, heavy martial arts, sparring, running (sprints), weapons like whips, chains, belts. And of course, just the gym. Blah.

I took the Porsche out on a switchback Thursday night, hitting speeds between 50 and 70 mph to test my driving skills and see if I could handle any skids. It had been a long time since I’d attempted any precision driving. It was exhilarating, even more intense than my last sexual encounter. It got me incredibly aroused.

Here’s me today talking about my unwavering commitment to break my records (and I have many):

I decided to revisit my old Air Force standards and thought I’d train for six weeks in honor of the Fourth of July and my unwavering patriotism.

Special forces training at 40ish? YES!

I’m breaking my old Air Force standards 21 years later. The minimum passing time for a 1.5-mile run 21 years ago was 13:56. Today, I completed it in 12:19 and swam 2 miles in 72 minutes with a weighted vest (Navy Seal style). I also did 40 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 leg raises, followed by arms and back exercises.

Tomorrow, I’ll switch it up: starting with pull-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups, then swimming and running. I’ll also focus on my glutes and forearm strength for explosive punches. On Monday, it’s mountain running and climbing. I’ll dig out my climbing gear and hopefully make it to Joshua Tree before sunset for a hot climb up 150 ft verticals. This will help when I need to scale walls and chase people down.
