And there he stood, arms extended with palms upturned, as he emerged from his bed. He paced restlessly, mirroring my own movements. Our psychic connection had become so strong that we started adopting each other’s mannerisms.

It frustrated me to be his handler; he remained oblivious to the concept of psychic espionage, a skeptic to the core. Yet, here I was, tasked with overseeing him. He disrupted my productivity and concentration.

Trade secrets, personal secrets, sex secrets — we were privy to them all. But we didn’t seek this knowledge. And I definitely didn’t want to be dragged back into his mind.

And there I was,

“What do you desire now, Peter?”

“What’s the matter now?”

Once again, Peter glanced over his left shoulder, catching a faint sound — the voice, persistently haunting him.

“You got benched because you’re about as graceful as a hippo on ice skates. I mean, you can’t even kick a can without performing a perfect somersault onto your backside. Let’s face it, you’re more likely to tickle someone to death than become a killer.”

Peter shrugged, zipped up his pants, and hastily threw on his shirt before grabbing his laptop. He needed to get moving and tackle his tasks, even though his company seemed to be slipping through his fingers once more. It was frustrating to witness him repeatedly mess things up. You’d think someone his age would have figured it out by now. But here we were, assigned to prevent his failures and help him rise to the top.

“Can you crack a smile once in a while? We’re tired of watching videos of you looking like you’ve got a giant butt plug shoved up your ass. I get it, it’s your thing, but the public needs to see someone smiling occasionally.”

Like a razor cutting through your thoughts. Whenever you attempt to focus on anything unproductive, a black screen will appear, sliding down into your mind. The words of the deal will gently touch your lips, and you’ll naturally start thinking in the appropriate language.

Peter finds himself enclosed within a box now, and he’s going to remain there, snugly nestled. Inside his mind, a new box emerges — a new identity. We’ve already discussed this new identity; it’s one of high peak-level success.

With a determined breath, Peter stepped forward, crossing into his new identity. Instantly, he felt a surge of confidence, as if success itself was coursing through his veins.

In this new persona, Peter’s mind became clear and focused, his purpose sharp and defined. He could visualize his path to greatness with ease, seeing himself overcome obstacles with grace and resilience.

Every action Peter took was infused with the energy of his newfound identity, driving him towards his goals with unwavering certainty.

As he fully embraced this transformation, Peter felt a profound sense of empowerment, leaving behind doubts and limitations in favor of self-assurance and purpose.

With his new identity firmly established, Peter returned to the present moment, ready to face the challenges ahead with renewed confidence and determination.

As she gazed onto the back of his head, she leaned in close and whispered softly into his left ear:

“From this moment forward, anytime you desire to access your empowered state of success, you simply think of emeralds. As you do, a vivid green flashes across your mental screen, intensifying your desire and need for success. This green hue serves as a powerful reminder of your skills and capabilities and potential, making it easier for you to take decisive actions and achieve you goals with confidence and determination.”

Peter turned to his left, feigning ignorance to her presence, having done everything in his power to erase her from his memory.

With the wishes she granted coursing through his veins, he slung his bag over his shoulder, unlocked his front door, stepped out, and nonchalantly climbed into his beat-up BMW, driving off into the Friday morning like any other day.
