These two are setting the bar ridiculously high, and the rest of you better step it up if you want to catch them. They’re crushing the fasted cardio, nailing their calorie targets, and dominating the weights like they own the place.

Here’s the deal: whoever drops the most weight in 75 days (well, now 74) wins. And the prize? You get to come out to LA and film some very cool things with me. Oh yeah. It’s real. Let’s see who’s ready to dominate and earn it. Oh did I mention this is FREE and I will also pay for your plane ticket?

The Plan: Lower Calories, Smarter Choices

Every day, we’re cutting your caloric intake by 300 calories until you reach your maintenance goal: 1,600 calories for men and 1,200 calories for women. We’re not here to starve you — we’re here to discipline you. You’ll eat steady snacks throughout the day to stabilize your blood sugar, prevent those nasty insulin spikes, and ensure your body never stores fat unnecessarily.

You will eat. You will eat smart. And you will fuel yourself like the well-oiled machine I expect you to become.

The Schedule: No Exceptions

Your mornings will start fasted. You’ll take 1 gram of liquid L-Carnitine (I don’t care if you don’t like the taste — do it anyway), and you’ll hit 45 minutes of cardio. Fasted means nothing in your system but discipline and determination. Feel tired? Good. Feel hungry? Too bad. You’re training that body to burn.

At night, you’ll move to weights. Heavy, intentional, and relentless. You’re not just sculpting; you’re dominating.

You’ll Never Feel Hungry — But You Will Obey

Throughout the day, you’ll eat healthy snacks, carefully chosen to fuel your progress. Small meals, spread out evenly, will ensure that your energy levels stay high, your cravings stay nonexistent, and your insulin behaves like it should. I don’t want to hear whining about hunger. If you feel it, it’s a signal: time for the right fuel, not excuses.

  • Almonds and egg whites.
  • Chicken and avocado. Red meat, butter. (Yes, you need red meat for the b-complex and iron)
  • Veggies that crunch, not chips that poison.
  • Booze gone, stop drinking.
  • Fuel. Nothing else.

You are here to become something stronger, sharper, and more powerful than you were yesterday. Every bite you take will have a purpose. You don’t get to eat for comfort. You eat for me.
